Should I Put Him/her Out Of Their Misery?

I Have an Angel who is lying on their side on bottom of tank and cant stay up. Me thinks it has the swim bladder parasite and will ultimately die.

Should I just take them out of the tank and do the deed?

Or should I keep trying with large water changes?

Put the poor think out of its misery clove oil and alcohol will do the job
Either that or the gruesome short sharp flick to the head.

Also ensures other fish don't get infected if you remove it

I have none of those things can I just put it in cling film and hit its head area with hammer (obviously not in sadist way)

That's always the best way, IMHO. I had to do it to my tiger barb last night. Sorry for your loss.
