Should I Feed Bloodworms More Often?

i've been having some trouble with my german rams... they've been sitting at the bottom of the tank for at least a week now, i've been trying to figure out ehat to do for them... i've done my regular water changes, but bigger (50% rather than 25%) and have turned up the temp to 26 degrees... but nothing seemed to make them any better. they aren't sick (yet!) but haven't been eating, that i've seen. today when i put in some frozen bloodworms, they perked right up and gobbled up a bunch. should i be feeding bloodworms more often? i usually feed flake & shrimp pellets daily, with blood worms once or twice a week.

water stats are fine as well.

please let me know what you think! i know rams can be hard to keep, but i'd really like to make these boys healthy.

they have a little bit of fin rot, very slight, but i am treating for it as my gourami has it as well. i also had a bad case of internal parasites after i introduced the rams & gourami (brought them home the same day) i think they've been in there for ~3 weeks, but i might be wrong on the timeline as well... i'm horrible at keeping track of time!

If you're treating then it could be the medication stressing them out, all medications are designed to kill organisms, it's just that the dose is enough to kill microorganisms and not macroorganisms (fish) but I guess it's possible that they could still be stressed by the medication, other than that, there's not much more I can think about, apart from the temperature being a little higher, but as we previously discussed - this isn't possible.
