well i have my 60 gallon tank up and all cycled, any ways i have a bio wheel 350 (75gal) filter on it. i was thinking about adding a second filter to the tank since the filter is kinda concealed by the rock. is there a need for a second filter? if so should i buy another 350?

not really causing a problem. my main question is should i add more filtration to the tank. i was always told that it was good to have almost twice the filtration from what the tank size is. i mean the water is flowing fine, just wondering if i should have 2 filters on the tank

Another filter wouldnt hurt, but alot depends on your 60G stocking. If its light you could get away with one, but its better to be safe than sorry.
What fish does it have in?

yea thats what i figure, it couldent hurt to add another

fish are a 2 in green terror, 4 rainbows, 6 tiger barbs for now

Hmmm, you could probably get away with one of them filters for now, but as your GT grows I would get another. Dont know if it would be wise to add more fish, if its a female GT you may get away with it.

yea im gonna just go out and buy another figure why wait for something to possibly happen, when it could be easily averted as for fish i am about done just lookin for a catfish

All of my tanks have extra filtration in them and all of them have benefetted from it in my opinion, although there are some types of fish which don't like a medium to strong current/flow in their tank, the majority of fish do like a good medium to strong current in their tank.
Having extra filtration in the tank is also good as a safety measure i.e. if one of your filters randomly breaks one day, at least you have another established filter in the tank running to prevent all the fish dying of water quality problems overnight etc  .
