Should I Be Concerned?

About two weeks ago I noticed my female Tiger Barb had a large scrape on her, so I went to the local petstore and told me to use Melafix. So far it seems to be working.

Two days ago I noticed a few things I'm not sure if its normal or bad.

1) There's this fuzzy substance in my tank with white specs
2) My turquoise rainbow fish has a white lump on it.

Should I be concerned? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I can't tell by the pics of the rainbow. From what I see, it looks like your tank needs a good gravel vaccuming. A close up shot of the rainbow's lump would be great. But for now, I'd do a good gravel cleaning and water change.

Sorry for the bad Rainbow picture. He really likes to hide and I find it very difficult to get a good snapshot. It's hard to explain but it looks like a white pimple almost. I'll try and get a picture and upload it later.
