I have low light plants my lighting now is only 1 wpg + natrual sun light. I got a new light for cheap it would bring my tank light up to 2.5 wpg. I got this light for the larger tank I will be getting In a year or so. It was a great deal $25 for a coralife 48" 2x65 watt. I could not pass it up.

Should I switch my light to more watts or just keep what I have?I don't use c02 but excel and Wwhatever my fish produce.

If you're not going to increase the nutrients and CO2 then don't increase the light. Unless you want an algae farm ofcourse.

Just keep what you have.

That's what I was thinking. I'm just going to save this light for the larger tank I'm getting soon.
