Shocked

Seen them before, look or right, but not many gallons, and very hard to maintain them.

Tell me about it... I've seen one in real life - a coldwater version with zebra danios WCMMs and some poor bronze cories. Didn't realy look particularly nice IMO and it's certainly not good for the fish.

I quite like the tube aquarium... It's a little on the small size but, filled to the top, could make a decent tank with clear-cut sections for the fish. It looks like it would be relatively simple to clean etc - not much different to an ordinary tank realy. The only problem it would pose would be with filtration, getting an even current and, possibly, heating.

Ya i've seen that wall tank before and was thinking about getting it but decided not to.

Not a bad gimmick, and at a shade under 6" front to back it should have plenty of room for smaller fish (such as neons or WCMM). Let's face it, having a 3" fish in a 6" deep tank is much the same as a 12" fish in a 24" deep tank.

I admit maintenace would be a beast, but all in all I think they're allright, except the width makes it stick a fair way out from the wall.
