hey all
I have a 250L tank with :

7 penguin tetra
4 swordtails
1 fire-mouth cichlid
1 geophagus cichlid
2 krib cichlid
2 pearl gourami
1 feather-fin catfish
1 Chinese algae eater
total of 19 fish
My penguin tetra are forever chasing each other and never stop, I've had them for about 2mo.
And im looking on getting rid of them and getting a new schoaling fish, but not sure which one to get ?
plse help im looking for a nice schooling fish?
thx

You'll find most shoaling species, develop a pecking order. One way to reduce this, is to keep as large a school as possible. It does look like your bio-load is maxed out, or will be once the fish are grown.

I have discovered Ember Tetras, they are lovely natured. I agree even Neons will peck eachother. My theory with my 6 Neons is that there is only one underdeveloped female
in the bunch, I think this is why they fight.
