Shipping Prices Are Crazy!

Hooooooly! I was just browsing some sites, finding some nice plants to buy. I was all set to order them, until I noticed that the shipping was three times the cost of the plant itself!! This sucks, I'm not going to pay $10/20/30 for shipping on a $3.00 plant!!

Does anyone know of a place where I can order plants without paying out the ass for shipping?

Shipping cost from US to Canada for a drop checker and a reagent refill. US retail is $12.98.

Thank you for getting back to me. The shipping charges for the order would be $17.58 through US Mail. Also we do not carry tubing for specifically for C02 units. The smallest tubing we carry is Airline tubing. Please let me know if you need further assistance with this. Have a nice day.

Just try and make sense of that one. It sure looks to me that there is some "profit margin" in the shipping cost charge back!

they aren't really meant for shipping just the one plant. It's more for orders where your paying £10-£15+ on plants. The postage would work out cheaper if you ordered a few plants.

Yeah you need to order more plants for it to work. Since it is not adding a lot of lbs to the shipping to add more, so just get a bunch when you are ready to get some.

Look at the trade, sell, swap pinned section if there is a plant you want there and you would probably just have to pay someone a shipping charge for them to ship it.
