Shelldweller Food

Does this look like it would fill the needs of a shelldweller (don't know exact species as I'll take what I can get)?

Hikari Cichlid Gold (small I would assume?)
Frozen and/or Live Brine Shrimp

It feels kinda thin to me. What are other good foods?

in my experience they will eat anything they can fit in their mouths. But they're not very good at chewing so dont give them tablet food etc that they need to bite bits off. Also they don't like taking food from the surface so sinking food is best.

i give mine new era red and green they seem to manage that really well

I feed mine brine shrimp and tetra color pellets.
