A lot of crayfish will postpone a moult if carrying eggs.

The white fluffy stuff on her shell could be Epistylis, see links below. The information is about marron (a freshwater crayfish in Australia) but applies to any freshwater crayfish.

If the crayfish is unhappy, do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week or two and see how she goes.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

The best treatment for Epistylis and most other freshwater crayfish diseases is salt. Use 2-4 heaped tablespoons of rock salt, sea salt or swimming pool salt for every 20 litres (5 gallons) of tank water. Keep the salt level up for 4 weeks and then dilute it out.
If you do water changes while using salt, add salt to the new water before it is added to the tank so the salt level remains constant in the tank.

yes salt (sodium chloride). It's safe for fish and crustaceans and won't poison the babies.

so its basically the same salt like you and i would use and do i mix it in the bucket with water of just pour it in the tank

Rock salt, Sea salt, or Swimming Pool salt can be used.

Any salt (sodium chloride) that is not iodised (eg: iodised table salt).

I just dump it in the tank but everyone here spits the dummy at me when I say that. They want you to dissolve it in a bucket of water and then add that to the tank.

so id wash the wash how i would drain the water wash the gravel and add the salt to the water damn i sound like a dummy asking questions

Use a basic model gravel cleaner like the one in the following link. They are available from any pet shop, online or you can make your own from a plastic drink bottle and some plastic hose.
