I stumbled on this today and I love it, it's a brilliant representation about what cat ownership is about, at least for me. It's about the relationship between a cat and his owner, and it's narrated by the cat . It's very soothing to watch, and the animation is gorgeous.

What's surprising is that it's an old anime short, I believe it's from 2000, yet not many people have heard of it. One guy did all of the animation, and provided the voice for the cat. His wife did the voice for the woman.

I think it's one of the most touching shorts out there. It reminds me of my Merlin!
