Sexing Gouramis?

Hi! Can anyone help a newbie please?

We have 4 gouramis, 2 gold and 2 spot (silver colour) and one of the gold is - I think?- bullying the others, particularly one of the spot.

( Have serpa tetraes and mollies too but doesn't seem to bother them)

How do you sex gouramis?

Any advice gratefully accepted.

Got any pictures? The females are generally rounder with a rounder dorsal fin, the males are sleek.
