Sexing A Piranha

But my question is ... how can I know if my piranha is male or female.?

What species do you have? Most cannot be sexed (including all pygos and serras). The only ones that I know that can be sexed are the whimple piranha (Catoprion mento), Pristobrycon maculipinnis, and Pygopristis denticulata.

I actually start multiple topics more for other users then myself.

1. It means you can get straight to the point instead of trailing 500 previous off topic posts.

2. Its also for the search options because before this site I couldn't really find any valuable sources I bought a book read it from cover to cover. I have read most articles found on google with the search "piranha pet care" and I found I was still unprepared and almost lied to by pet stores making sales off me (fish are expensive I am happy to pay but I am not happy to waste money)

Or...you could title your thread "piranha care" and have all your questions in one thread....thus making it easier for you, us, and future searchers.
