Sex Change?

Hi, a few weeks ag i bought an orange molly from my lfs. When i bought it, it looked like a young female. Now i have noticed that the 'anal fin' is looking more fused, and she/he is really agressive towards my male molly. Is it possible for it to change sex

Also i dont suppose anyone knows how big a 'normal' molly grows to. I can only find the sizes for Sailfin mollies, and i have dalmation mollies. So far they look about 6cm.

all baby fish start out looking like females with the fan shape anal fin, then if they are boys they develop the rod shape anal fin, normal mollys grow to around 4inch. males can be aggressive towards each other, hth donna,
