Setting Up A New Tank Using Old Media

Hi, currently we have a 58l tank, we are buying another on Saturday that's 260l with stand, it uses the same filter but is larger, do we just put our filter pads into the new filter, fill tank up and add the fish or do we need to do some special things

If you are transferring all your fish immediate, shift all your media.

If you are transferring some of your fish, transfer some of your media just make sure it's proportionate as partially cycled media will have a bio load limit (obvious).
