If there are bubbles coming out of it then its working lol... you should have a air pump, tubing and that blue airstone cant u keep the decoration you ordered and the airstone? its totally upto you though
i find it amusing watching my gouramis swimming through my bubble curtain created by the airstone. When the bubbles hit the surface it will create a gas exchange and cause oxygen to enter the water (exactly what your filter does when creating ripples on the the waters surface).

Yeah I only liked the ornament cos it was pretty dunno what it's actually supposed to do

Thanks for the advice about the airstone. It's now in the middle at the back and looks so much better.
