They might be OK with usual dry goods but if you are ordering a tank, I would suggest phoning them to check stock first. I placed an order for a tank a few months back and was not told that it was out of stock until I emailed them a couple of times. Eventually I had to cancel my order since I couldn't even get an approximate delivery date after several emails, which were dealt with by different people every time. However, one good thing about them was that they never charged me from the day of placing the order.
