Just purchased one today an amonia alert. Also available in a ph just wondered if anyone has ever used these and if people are interested ill keep the post upto date

Basically a little disc you place in the tank and it changes colour wuth the amount of amonia sueposed to last 1 year

I did my typical go in the lfs for one thing then see something else and buy it without checking so i shall see if it a waste or not

Sounds like a handy product. It would be interesting to see if it's any good.

I have one, it has never changed colour (no matter which tank I put it in) so maybe my tanks are all good in the ammonia stakes , maybe it does work I don't know, but I figured it couldn't hurt to have.
