In my brackish tank...
I was trimming away some of the ulva weed in my tank when I discovered this tiny little sea anemone-like thing stuck on one of my rocks.
Don't know how and when it got there. With it's tentacles outstretched it would measure about 1cm in diameter.
It's in the center of the photo.

Anyone know what I should do to ensure it continues to thrive in the tank?

Thanks a lot.

Looks really cool! No idea what it needs to survive, but I'd assume that like Aiptasia and other opportunistic anemones, it'll be happy if everything else in the tank is happy. You could buy some invertebrate food and squirt a little into its tentacles now and again.

Cheers, Neale

Thanks Neale, I'll give it a few days before I decide to go get some invertebrate food. It might be quite happy feeding on all the little crustaceans cruising around the tank.
