Any excess mucas on body or gills of fish.
Any sores or red pin prick marks on the fish.
Do the fish gills look pale with excess slime, or red and inflamed.
Any signs of darting or erratic swimming.
Do any fish look thin or bloated.
What does it look like when the fish go to the toilet.
Is any fish anus enlarged or red and inflamed.
Do any fish have a greyish white film on the fish, a bluish film on the fish.

Added any meds later.
Added any new plants or fish to the tank lately.

Can you post water stats please.

all so just noticed one of the fish ,,its scales are red

It might be flukes.
Do the fish swim a jerky movement.
Redose the waterlife med sterazin,

Flukes cause bacterial infections, as in there hook or suckers they carry a nasty bacteria which enters the fish blood stream when it pierces the skin.

Flukes are hard to get rid off as you have to keep treating to kill the young as they hatch.
