scotland members?

Hey folks! Dont know if this is local anyone just been in M&R Dogfish after spending the last year visiting the other 3 shops on Paisley Road and I can honestly say Ive never felt so welcome. The guy chatted to me for ages and it was one of the few times ive been in fish shops asking for advice where the intention wasn't on convincing me to buy something. Try getting that kind of service in Coral Reef!

If anyone hasn't been its on the right, a few minutes drive along paisley road, heading away from the city centre.

Jolly good. :D

I'm in Ayrshire. There are a couple of reasonable shops in the area, depends what you're after.
I've been up to paisley road west for a look, quite liked Aquarium Design and liked the stock in Coral Reef (Totally understand the comments on the staff tho!). I must say I was completely underwhelmed by M&R Dogfish, felt more like I was intruding than a shop that wanted my custom.
The main fish shop around here is the Dobbies Garden Centre at Ayr, they have a decent selection of fish (freshwater and marine) tho' I wouldn't know if the marine selection was any good, lol.

I'm From Grangemouth, localy we have 1 shop in Falkirk (we do have pets at home in Falkirk but that doesn't count lol) called The Aquarium, its only small but always have oddballs and the tanks are always clean , every fish apart from 4 of the original 10 neon's i got from them are still alive, there opening a new place in dunfermline on the 7th Jan..

Been to riverside in Stirling a couple of times, apart from selling dyed parrots and keeping bettas in small cups its a no bad wee shop.
