Scooping Up Fry?

My rams have spawned yet again and i have 2 day old fry swimming.

This has happened twice before, but after day 3 or 4, they all get eaten up despite the parents being really protective.

If i manage to scoop up the fry and keep them in a breeding pod/net in the tank, will the parents get REALLY stressed out? Will i cause harm? How best should i do it? I know they wont last in the tank, so it is worth a try....but my worry is stressing mum and dad...

Why not move the parents to another tank?

If there are any serious number of fry you can't grow them to a much bigger size in such a limited space. I am not even sure if you can get a decent size spawn beyond edible size in a breeder trap.
