Hi!

It's seems to me tetras are mostly schooling fish. Smaller the fish it would be most likely schooling fish, right? What about the others : cory, platy, molly, etc?  It's just 'funny' we love tetras very much don't want to change to other kind, but what we like has to be in a group!:(

thank you

Corydoras need shoals, platies prefer others of their species but are not actual schooling fish, same as mollies and guppies. Pretty much all tetras school. Barbs are schooling fish, as are loaches, many catfish, and some cichlids such as the discus (which is a large fish). You can find schoolers in large sizes as well as small.

My Brilliant Rasbora's are a schooling fish. I currently have 9 of them and they are awesome to watch. I will be getting more of them! :)
