So my tank I will have will have the following:
Spiderwood
Dragon rocks
Java fern
Anubias Barteri
Java moss (hopefully)

Onto fish...

3 peacock gudgeons
6 peppered cories
2 nerite snails

Now here are my schooling fish options I have... But I want to know which ones would be best for the things I have.

1. Lambchop rasbora aka rasbora espei
2. Celestial pearl danios
3. Zebra danios (personally my least favorite of the three but I do like them)

If I could have some recommendations on which would be the better option that would be great...

(Also let me know if this is one post to many, cause I just looked at my post history and... Wow sorry for all of that 😂)

What size tank is this and what is the GH and pH?
Lol I kept reminding myself to put the tank size up... Its a 20H 7.0-7.6 ph and 50-100ppm in hardness

Of the 3 choices the zebra danio has to be ruled out on tank size (they are v. active and need more space).
I would go with rasbora espie, they will use the upper areas more, hide less and look distinctive. I feel that the CPDs are a bit more like the peacock gobies in these aspects.

For a 20H there are no real schooling options. Look at Cherry Barbs or Checker Barbs maybe.

Ok sounds great. Thanks.

Around 2", fully grown
Yah, that would've been a good option if I did the 65g community tank, I really wanted to (but after seeing how much things were I decided not to.) A 20H with cherry barbs and the other fish would definitely be overstocking imo

Have a look at the phantom tetras, black, yellow, or red

They tend to stay around midlevel in the tank, very peaceful, though the males will spar a bit to get the female's attention...beautiful fish, I've owned the blacks and yellows, and they've done very well in my 29G

How many should I do in a 20H with the other selected fish?

8-10.

Try to get a good mix of M/F, half and half works
I'll try if I decide to get them. But if I get them online I hope there is an option to select m/f

You do not want barbs, or danios, in with the gudgeons. Nor the CPD.

Rasboras and quiet characins work best. The gudgeon remain in the lower half generally, so rasbora like the Trigonostigma espei or T. hengeli work well as these tend to remain mid and upper level. The phantom tetras will be in the gudgeon's space. Thinking more of spreading out the activity. Though none of these fish are "active" but quiet.

A group of 6-8 gudgeons would really be better, for them and you (the aquarist) as they will interact much more.

But if I did 6-8 gudgeons that would probably mean over stocking or no other fish like the peppered cories or snails or the lambchop rasbora...
