Hi, I have a tigar barb who has a red area on his body just behind his fin with white stuff coming from it under his scales... he has been bullied a lot recently by the other tigar barbs in the tank, and hasn't got much of a tail left so I have isolated him in a bag in the tank to prevent further damage. Could the while stuff be the equivalent to a scab and the red stuff just be bruising where the other fish might have been getting at him...
He is active and looks well otherwise :)

Also another thing When I do a water change my male angel fish bullies my femail angel fish into the corner untill a few days after the water change...I have tried pouring the water in through a tube which I hoped would stop the stress of it but he is still doing it...anything I can do?

any help would be great

take him out of the bag, it wont do him any good in there... put him in a net - he will at least then have water flowing around to take away the ammonia he produces... the red stuff/thing is an open wound, and the white stuff is a mucous overproduction to try and seal off the wound from infection... dont remove it as this hurts the fish...
