I finally have a saulosi species tank

:good:

its only small at the moment, its approx 20 litres, but the filtration is like by 2 fluval 404's so should be plenty.

:D

it contains 7 fish and are all tank bred, they are coming up to 1.5" long and none are showing male colouration, so hopefully will have lots of females to add to my small saulosi colony..

:D :D

as a tank is soo small, i've sacarificed decor for squeezing in the 7 fish, so apologes there, i also have not put a background on it as the neighbours complained, something about right for light and all

also finally, sothing in the leasehold said that there was something not allowed with exposed floors as the neighbours underneath could see up and the view they saw ws not pretty, anyway, thats been addressed with a thin layer of sand and they should not be able to see from now on, however there is one miserable git who is right below who is already going on about no light and can consistantly here the occupants above, honestly you can not go anywhere nowadays without upsetting the neighbours....

it;s only a short term lease, so lets hope they all get on well and in time can be allowed to join the main colony once sexes are established.

anyway without further ado, heres some pic's :hey:

Nice Dru :good:

I bet the Saulosi gets lots of inquisitive faces peering at them from the main tank. :hyper:

You might find him in there 1 morning looking a little tired. :hyper:

thats the beauty of it - he can not get in there - only the water can come out - the spraybay puts fresh water in ther and there is a grate at the end where the over spill is trapping the fish inside :good:

so it literally look but can't touch - or swim closely too... you get the point :D
