I bought some sanfransico brine shrimp hatch mix and I am hatching them and its taking a while?
I have not used hardly anylight and them tempature varys from 74-82?
does it usally take this long and are the eggs anygood?

Rather buy the cysts and hatch them with cooking salt.
Anyway

They need a light source, temp around 82'f and turbulance provided by an aitline from an air pump.
Providing you've added the correct amount of freshwater to the mix they should hatch in 24 hrs providing all the above criteria have been met.

so it would be better to just buy the cysts and them hatch them with ?cooking salt the kind you use on food?

You can use almost any kind of salt that you wish. When you are looking for the hatched shrimp, there will still be lots of the egg cases floating around the hatching bottle. The brine shrimp are a pinkish tint in the water. If you get a bright light next to a spot on the hatchery, the shrimp will be attracted to the light and will be easier to spot. It will sort of look like a pinkish cloud unless you have a magnifying glass or very good eyesight.

Yeah.
Cooking salt works beter than Table salt.
You could also use Reef salts but that would turn out too expensive unless your keeping marines.
