Sand With Picasimus?

I am going to sand, and I am wondering if I get a picasimus would it be ok with sand? Thanks

Are you referring to a plecostomus? If so sand is fine, make sure to add a piece of bog wood, as most species need it to eat as part of their diet.

If you are talking about Plecs, then they like to burrow into the sand and make themselves a pit, so ensure any sand is washed well as it will cloud the water everytime they do it.
