Sand Help!

Hi all i changed my tank to sand about 2-1/2 hours ago and water is srill really mistey will the water soon return to normal or will i have to use filter aid or something thanks in advance

Has the sand settled.
Get alot of filter floss and put it in your filter to pull the fine particles and dust out.

Never turn a filter on till the sand has settled as the sand damages the impellor.

From what ive heard it takes a couple of hours of washing the sand prior to adding to the tank aswell..could be you didnt wash it enough?
