Sand Dust On Plants

I have recently changed to sand substrate and the dust coming from the sand is covering my plants.

How will this affect the plants?

I have Anubias Barteri, Anubias broad leaf and Anubias Nana.

Thing to be made aware of is that if your "sand dust" is capable of settling on your plant leaves there is every chance many forms of algae spores will also be able to rest on them especially slow growing Anubis plants, so will advise you that more water flow required
