Same tank

Last time I posted a pic of it:

New layout:

I became extremely tired of the hygro so I yanked it and kept a small cutting in another tank.

I plan on letting the Val grow all along the back side of the tank.
Right square in the middle I plan on building up a slight hill, extending from one side to the next and eventually that chain sword will grow up the hill and cover it.

I think I'm going to pull some of the sag and plant it on the opposite corner to match things up a bit then toss that anubius in another tank.

I think it looks great. I love all the plants in it. I wish my plants would hurry up and take off growing.

The light green plant in the foreground, pygmy chain sword, took off within a couple of weeks.
But the dwarf sag in the left corner has taken a few months to spread where it is now.

They both look really nice. I like the new look though, because it looks more open, and it looks like the fish have more swimming room. The wood you have in there is really nice too.

Good job aquascaping...it really looks great.

Both layouts are tip top, superjalami. It must be hard to decide to pull apart such a beautiful and dense aquascape and start over. However, I think that the new one will be even better once it grows in. Hopefully, you'll have another set of pics for us in a month or so...

Me too. Althought it is nice to have a few good hiding spots..

Thats the one thing about the hygro, it grows like a weed and gives the fish alot of hiding places.
Hopefully once the val grows in and I get that hill built up there will be more places for the fish to hide.
It was hard to pull out all of those plants, but I spread them all out over my other tanks so nothing was wasted.
