Salt And Pepper Cory Food

I am having trouble finding food for salt and pepper Cory's as they are tiny they are only about 1-2cm and there mouths are even smaller. What do you feed your salt and pepper Cory's. I have tried mine on bloodworms but they did not touch them.

Also in the 70 litre tank with them I have 6 rummies
This is my final stocking list but want to make sure it's not overstocked
6 salt and pepper Cory's
6 rummies
6 cherry barbs. Is that over stocked from Tom

I used Sera Vipagran, which is a sinking granule food.
 
BTW, the plural of cory is cories, not cory's. The " 's" thing is only ever used to show possession - eg those are Seal36's cories. Pet hate of mine.
