I have a thriving colony of r.c.s in a 65ltr it is planted with moss and stargrass and i was wondering if it is safe to use liquid fertilisers. As most ferts contain a small amount of copper wich is deadly to shrimp should i just leave it as it is.

This is a funny one. It should be fine as there's only a tiny amount. But I lost all my shrimp when I tried keeping some in my high tech tank, so no idea.

A lot of people do keep shrimp in high tech fertilized tanks, while others have tried and failed and suspected the shrimp deaths where due to the fertilizers used. I think the type of copper that is in the fertilizer as well as its amount plays a big part on how it will affect shrimp.
There are organic fertilizers that shouldn't have copper in them or you could go with things like dried rabbit droppings and burying them under the roots of the plants you are growing.

The rabbit droppings idea sounds realy good . I will keep a look out while walking my labrador. Thanks again.
