Rummy Nose Tetras Would They Be A Good Mix

Hi Guys,
 
I will buy shortly a 37 gallon tank and I absolutely want 3 swordtails in it, I would also want a group of small tetras to get along and I was looking at the rummy noses, in your experience, can they live together and there is something special I should know about them, I have read a couple of care sheet on the net and they seem fine. I would also like to put 7-8 pygmy Corys. Do you think it should work, I'm a beginner and I'm not sure if these species would be compatible.

Hmmm..

AFAIK swordtails are hard water fish, they shouldn't be mixed with soft water fish like tetras and pigmy corys.
