Rtc X Tsn Hybrid Questions

Hey i have two red tailed tiger shovel nose hybrids and they look totally different. One looks like more of a red tail and acts more like one and the other looks like Tiger shovel nose. The Red tailed one has a fin rot problem and the other hangs up on top of plants and doesn't really move, looks stressed out any tips by anyone who's had these problems or fish. They are both around 2 inches long and live in a 125gallon tank with a small group of small chiclids.

You have got two in a 125g? Do you know how big these can grow too? Hope you are planning to upgrade to at least a 1000g...
