Rot Or Not That Is The Question!

I have 12 male guppies and well the red and blue coloured looking guppies their tales are also disappearing the parameters are fine however they have been like this for a week or so, so I dont really think its rot

I have not seen any nipping though, HOWEVER I have just woken up taken a look at my babies and its weird they are swimming like they are drunk! they a kind of swimming on their side

Can anyone help ??

Need to take a look at your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing or laboured breathing.
The fins do they have a red or white edging to them, any red streaking through the fins, do they look transparent and falling apart.
