Rosy Red Feeders, Adfs, Bamboo Shrimp, And A Snail

Would I be able to keep 3 rosy reds, 2 ADFs, a Bamboo shrimp, and an apple snail in a 7 gallon? 10 Gallon?

not really
the rosey red minnows are coldwater fish and the rest are tropical dwellers
although apple snails can take cooler water but they start to hibernate around 20C

I'm sure there are other minnows you could use that are tropical
