Rope fish help

I recently got a rope fish from my pet store and I am worried about it. It usually sits on the ground and doesn't move much. Yesterday it was very active and swimming around, but today it has hardly moved. I also don't know what to feed it, and have been giving it flakes and freeze dried blood worms. It doesn't eat and I am worried. Could I get help please?

How big is your tank and what are the water parameters and substrate?

Oh and you could feed earthworms,live bloodworms,prawn,insect larava etc.

E. calabaricus is carnivorous by nature and will not usually accept dried foods in aquaria, though some specimens have been known to take pelleted varieties. The most suitable options are meaty live or frozen foods such as prawns, earthworms, mussel, bloodworm etc.

Thank you for the advice. My than is 55 gal. and I have no idea what the water parameters and substrate means. I hope this helps.
