Root Tabs What Else

I just bought some root tabs but a few days ago fertilized with some stuff that came with the nutrafin co2. WHen should I put the root tabs in and what else should I fertilize with. Could someone give me some name brand products.

Might as well add the root tabs straight away

As far as I can tell seachem flourish and tropica plant nutrition are the plants liquid ferts you can get.
