Hi,
Coz I live in a house that is not entirely mine...parents...does anyone know the weights that you can keep in an upstairs room. I don't wanna wake up in da morning fallen through the floor. I know from heaving tanks around that water weighs a lot and I'm not sure how safe it is for me to have a big tank up there especially as the living room is below and the electrics for the light is under my room. I've never kept a tank larger than 10 gals anywhere except for downstairs so I'm inexperienced. I have a great place for a tank up to a metre long (next to an amphibian tank) and I think I could afford one, but would it weigh too much when full?
thanks

Naw!!... don't think you can enough tanks upstairs to cause any problems in this respect.... You just keep adding on - no problem. (building regulations provides).
