Coz I live in a house that is not entirely mine...parents...does anyone know the weights that you can keep in an upstairs room. I don't wanna wake up in da morning fallen through the floor. I know from heaving tanks around that water weighs a lot and I'm not sure how safe it is for me to have a big tank up there especially as the living room is below and the electrics for the light is under my room.
I've never kept a tank larger than 10 gals anywhere except for downstairs so I'm inexperienced. I have a great place for a tank up to a metre long (next to an amphibian tank) and I think I could afford one, but would it weigh too much when full?
