Rome Bans 'cruel' Goldfish Bowls

Kind a lame since you can pick up those small bowls at crafts store or those brandy snifters. I wonder if P.E.T.A.'s going to have a "goon squad" to do random bowl check? I think eduacting the shopper's the way to go instead of bans. God for bid if they ban burger joints for serving greasy burgers.

Of course it's better to educate people in the first place but most shops don't. Theres a reptile shop & a fish place near me that ask you a series of questions before you buy a pet from them (eg: Is everything set up already?) and I've seen them refuse sales because people have awnsered incorrectly. But even if you know everything about fish... You still might be the most cruel pet owner and still them in a small unfiltered bowl.
