Roma 240 - Its Day 2 for me... Water Change? or keep adding bacteria?

I have put in my tank (water, hardscape and plants)

Day 1 - added Microbe-Lift NITE OUT 2 starter bacteria. 10ml
Day 2 - added Microbe-Lift NITE OUT 2 starter bacteria. 10ml
Day 3 WILL ADD - added Microbe-Lift NITE OUT 2 starter bacteria. 10ml

Lights have been on full power for 6 hours a day (Fluval Aquasky 2.0)
C02 has been on for 5 hours while lights are on.
4 hours of night lighting, then complete dark.
Airstone is only on when lights are off.

On day 4... do I need to do a water change on this day? and if so how much.?
I will test with Tetra Master kit

Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
PH level

And post here for advice.

I have a video of my real day 1 if anyone wants a look and can advise me on a few questions I have.
