Ok, so i go out to P@H to get some bloodworm. And i end up returning with 3 albino corys and 2 ADF's for my betta tank :D :D

I also picked up a fluval 2 to replace the crappy tetratec internal.

Speaking of Pets at Home, they do a free water testing service, take some of your tank water down and they test it for you. Anyone know if it is reliable or not? The lass who tested ours seemed really knowledgable and friendly .

It would be better to purchase an API master freshwater testkit. Its what i use at home and what P@H actually use themselves for the free testing.

What you should really have done Luminous ;), is to take out the Betta first, have a re-arrange and then put the new guys in first.

New tank mates can be stressful for a betta and he may see them as a territorial threat. I shouldn't imagine he will actually nip or bite though. He will just flare a lot and chase them. make sure you have some hiding places for the Corys and ADFs.

They should settle in a few hours :good:

BTW, for future reference, Fluval stuff is better bought from Aquacadabra in Bexley Heath. Much cheaper than P@H and better staff too.
