rocks in tank

ok my dad ordered a bunch of rock for our back yard and didnt use it all so i thought it would look great in 20 gal i just got done boiling them and gave em a good scrub do you think i can use em they are just a mix of a bunch of kinds of rocks i hope i can

Most rocks are safe. Do the old vinegar test - pour vinegar on the rocks - if it fizzles it means it will probably leach calcium carbonate into the tank and raise the ph - best avoided for most tropical fish.
