River Reef 94 Setup

Hey guys new to this forum and looking for some advice.

I am setting up a River Reef 94 tank which i previously used for marines and am looking for advice on what to put in the rear filter chambers? The fish shop i was in gave me a foam block and some rock rubble, i also have some filter wool and RowaCarbon. How do i arrange these in the back and do i need anything else?
