My betta died yesterday!

I added some spotted rasboras to his tank and within 2 days 4 of the 6 had died. Then on friday he had white cottony patches on his face and had gone pale and got stress lines. so i added some anti-fungus treatment but he died nonetheless! The remaining two spotted rasboras died too!!! I think that's the last time i go to that lfs!!

Awww i'm so sorry for your loss, its such a horrid thing to happen. Can you not go back to the LFS and explain what happend i know mine would give me a refund or some new fish (not that i would advise the later in this case as they seem to have sick fish). Sorry again

I thought about going back but I'm not sure they'd be cooperative. I have a feeling they'd ask me to prove it was their fish that did the damage rather than it being that my tank was already diseased!! Although I'm annoyed at the money I spent on the rasboras (and upset that they had to die) I'm mainly just gutted about poor old lee! He was sooo happy in his new home (bubblenesting left right and centre) and he really was a lovely fishy!
