Rio 300 (4 Ft) Full Setup For Sale *sold*

Very reluctantly, I'm thinking of selling my setup. I'm buying a kitten soon, and I'm not sure I can give my fish the attention they need.


So I'm looking for a decent offer for the following:


Juwel Rio 300 with stand (Beach)
Fluval FX5 filter, with hosing and media (sponges, ceramics and floss)
RO Unit
CO2 system (not pressurised)
Plants, rocks and about 6 pieces of bogwood
Airpump and disc
2 X 300W heaters

Also 5 5" Discus and 2 small BN plec


I don't want to split, and I'm not looking to get rid of everything cheaply (sorry, its hard enough parting with it as it is!)

I'd put the total cost at around £700. I always tend to think 2nd hand things are worth 1/2 of what they cost new today.

I have access to a Van, so I can deliver this in the local area.


(There is one scratch on the front of the tank which I've talked about on these forums, I tried to polish it out with some success, but didn't have the correct substance (jeweler's rogue) to finish the job. Everything else is in perfect condition)

Edit: Will take £300 for the lot - will also split if someone takes more than 3/4 of everything

If I sell, I think I'll get myself a 80L tank or similar and keep community fish. Something I can play with, rather than have to look after.



I'll only sell the FX5 if someone buys the full setup, but doesn't want the FX5 - Ill keep you in mind mate.

The Juwel Lido is a nice tank, especially in Dark Wood

Forgot to add, also comes with a full API Test Kit, and a nice length of hose with a gravel-vac

Using the measurements on there, the Aquarium Calculator says its 383 Litres, but I think its probably closer to 300.
