Hey guys, spent a few days rescaping my Juwel Rio 125 after letting it get a bit run down.

Details are as follows

Tank: Rio 125
Filter: Tetratec EX1200
No heater (stays warm enough in my living room)
No CO2 (will be liquid CO2 soon)
Lighting: 2x28W T8 bulbs
EI Ferts
Hardscape: Redmoor wood, mini landscape rock from LFS
Plants: Many many many Crypts, mainly Wendtii varietys but some Parva, Balansae and others in there, and some Saggitaria

Livestock:

Breeding group of Bolivian Rams
15 Neon Tetra
5 White Cloud Mountain Minnow (soon to be changed over into my other tank)
Breeding group of 6 Bronze Corys
3 Female Apistogramma Cacatuoides (Cant keep them with my males in the other tank due to aggression)
3 Otos

Would like to up the numbers of the Neons soon but we'll see how that goes

The bit we've all been waiting for, pictures! Excuse crappy phone quality will get the DSLR out next time

Hoping to possibly try some 1-2 grow Staurogyne and try getting a carpet going off the banking down into the open space area.

Enjoy!

Looking good mate, when the right-hand-side of the tank starts to grow out a bit this tank will become quite the underwater jungle! Loving the wood, looks well aquascaped overall :good:

Thanks very much, I was hoping to try some Staurogyne on the right but need to leave some form of open space for the corys to nuzzle in but I will be trying a carpet of some sort on that side.

Anyone know if I could grow Staurogyne in this tank with EI and liquid carbon?

Cheers
