Can somebody help me how to rid of it. thanx in advance

In order to diagnose an algae problem we're going to need alot more info.

I see that your tank size is 8 gallons, how many watts of light? What type of filter? Are you adding any fertilizers? What are you using as substrate?

I am not using any fertilizer and 24 w light I am using but I stop using that from when algae problem started and It is color full stone substrate

Is is 8UK gallons or 8US gallons? Also, not to be picky, but 8 gallons is not much room for 4 barbs and 1 Gourami.

What type of filter is on the tank? Is there enough water circulation? 24 watts is alot of lighting, usually with a planted tank anything over 2 wpg means more fertilizers and CO2 injection.

Also, check out the pinned topics at the top of this "Plants and Planted tank" section, one of them has some good info about common algae problems and solutions.
