yes there has been a partial revision affecting mainly the CA cichlids. but not all amphilophus are now astatheros and not all of the veja have been placed back into paratheraps. and also only the JD has been discribed to Rocio. HRPs have also been discribed to another genus. interestingly enough though I have not been able to find anything conclusive articles discribing the revision outside of cichlidae.com only having revised their pictures and even then they only revised some of them IE some of the Veja going back to paratheraps, and the JD being the type species for Rocio.
